Some suggestions for where you might get linked up:

Wisconsin Faith Voices for Justice offers updates and action alerts on issues affecting residents in Wisconsin, particularly regarding of poverty, human rights, immigration, anti-hate and criminal justice. You can sign up to receive the e-News and/or action alerts on this page. Wisconsin Friends Action Network has been a member of Wisconsin Faith Voices for Justice for several years. Work is in progress on an initiative called Forward Together Wisconsin to unite progressive social justice organizations in the state.

Poor People’s Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival works on several levels, including voter mobilization particularly in disenfranchized communities, and shows how the issues connect and offers ways we can work together to combat them on many fronts. Fill out the join form, and your zipcode will get you connected with the state-level Poor People’s Campaign. Watch a recording of Rev. Dr. William Barber at FGC Gathering July 5, 2018: skip to about 19-20 minutes to go directly to his talk.

For federal issues, including peacebuilding and racism we suggest connecting with Friends Committee on National Legislation (FCNL) and American Friends Service Committee (AFSC).
